New policy on English language requirements

Oxford University has introduced a formal requirement for applicants for undergraduate courses to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language. This will not apply to students who are native English speakers, nor to those who have been educated in the medium of English language during their two most recent years of study. Other students applying this year will need to satisfy new English language requirements.
